We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
Details
| Date and Time | October 29, 2026 (Thursday), 22:30 PM (JST) |
|---|---|
| Affected Customers | Customers whose File Browser hostname begins with "uno" |
| Cause | Hardware Failure |
| Current Status | Service temporarily suspended |
| Affected Features | To prioritize the preservation of affected customers' data, the service has been temporarily suspended.
We are currently working with the vendor to prepare for an investigation into the cause. |
| Latest Update | October 30, 2026, 16:20 PM (JST) We have provided the vendor with the initial information and are preparing to collect and analyze additional data. We are also consulting with the vendor to determine the best possible approach to preserving the affected data. To restore the service, we are considering the possibility that certain HBA (*1) models may be contributing to the issue. Rather than simply replacing the suspected components with spare parts, we are proceeding with a plan to migrate to alternative components and equipment. *1 HBA (Host Bus Adapter) is an expansion adapter that connects the server's internal bus (PCIe slot) to SATA hard discs. |
This notice will be updated as necessary if there are any changes, delays, or cancellations to the schedule.
